Urbana University International Application

To submit an application to our school, please complete the following form and select Submit Application.

Application Instructions

Please complete all parts of the application form. Once you have completed the form, select “Submit Application.” If you need to save your application in process and complete it later, see “Saving Your Application” below. Applications will not be reviewed without official transcripts and ACT/SAT scores (if applicable). To be considered for admission to Urbana University as an International student, you must submit the following:

1. Transcripts and diploma from colleges and/or universities previously attended (if any). A transcript or diploma not issued in English must be accompanied by a certified English translation. Transcripts from institutions outside the United States must be submitted to an approved third-party transcript evaluation agency. Please request a course-by-course evaluation and request that the evaluation be submitted directly to Urbana University.

2. Certification of a secondary school diploma or its equivalent.

3. Official certification of financial ability to pay for tuition, room and board, fees and personal expenses for length of stay in the United States. Bank statements must represent funds available in U.S. dollars.

4. Minimum English language proficiency scores required by Urbana University are 61 for undergraduates and 79 for graduates (TOEFL IBT) or 5.5 for undergraduates or 6.0 for graduates (IELTS).

5. Full Immunization Record in English.

6. Personal essay from applicant and two letters of recommendation.

7. Copy of current passport.

Saving Your Application

Follow the steps below to save your application in process before submitting it for review. Saving your application allows you to return to the application at a future date without losing the information you’ve already provided.

1. To save your application, you must have provided at least the following three items:
  • Personal information: Name (First and Last)

  • Contact information: E-mail Address

  • Education History: Institution Name (for at least one school)
2. Scroll to the bottom of the application and click “Save”

3. Create a password and enter it when prompted.

4. Scroll back down to the bottom of the application and click “Save” again.

5. You will receive an e-mail with a link to return to your application.
